CCCOE Pandemic Flu School Action Kit

Note: This is the revised 2009-2010 version of the Pandemic Flu School Action Kit. Some materials in this kit were developed for avian flu prior to the H1N1 flu outbreak. These may be useful for planning but may not apply to the current situation. We have more materials specific to H1N1 on our H1N1 resources page.

This information is designed to provide schools with practical tools that staff will need to prepare for a pandemic flu outbreak. There is a great deal of planning for pandemic flu underway at the federal, state and local level. The tools in this binder will help schools begin those efforts. They should also help parents begin their preparations.
