Reserving a Meeting Room in the Stewart Center


Stewart Center rooms can be rented by members of the public.


Use the following guide when creating reservations for meeting rooms:

Title- Provide an accurate and complete title to the event

Required Attendees- Add all required people or resources (such as checkout laptops) needed for the meeting

Optional Attendees- Add all other attendees 

Date and Time- List the entire time the room is needed, including set up 

Location- Add the room under location

Body- Add a detailed account of the event taking place be sure to add the necessary fields listed below if they apply

  • Actual Start and End time of event, if different than the complete time booked
  • Number of Attendees
  • Set up equipment needed
  • Room Layout Instruction
    • Board Room Layout refer to (Refer to Contra Costa County Office of Education » About CCCOE » Stewart Center Information)
  • Information regarding catering or other pertinent items (i.e. Sunrise Catering to deliver breakfast/lunch, please contact Jane Smith)

Note: The Receptionists DO NOT have the ability to make any changes to dates/times to events on the calendars…only the Creator or the event can do this. The custodial staff will access the calendars online to set up your meetings as specified.
