2023-2024 Professional Development Program (PDP) Application period is CLOSED!
The Contra Costa County Office of Education, the Local Planning & Advisory Council for Early Care and Education (LPC), and First 5 Contra Costa, are continuing to align efforts and blend funding to consolidate professional development opportunities for all Contra Costa early care and education (ECE) professionals.
Our intent is to simplify and streamline professional development and incentive opportunities for our local workforce and to proactively respond and integrate input received from our local ECE workforce to improve access and participation in the Professional Development Program (PDP) activities.
