CCCOE Professional Development Seminars

Seminars align with the California Standards for the Teacher Profession , Local Control Accountability Priorities and provide participants with opportunities to:

  • Choose Professional Development that meets their individual needs
  • Interact and Collaborate with colleagues
  • Gain practical/purposeful information to refine and enhance instruction from experienced professionals
  • Graduate Academic Semester Units are available from Saint Mary’s College

All Professional Development Seminars will be held from 4:00 - 6:30 p.m (unless otherwise noted) at the Contra Costa County Office of Education, 77 Santa Barbara Road, Pleasant Hill, CA 94523

SMC GRADUATE ACADEMIC UNITS REGISTRATION: 

Three graduate academic semester units are available from Saint Mary's College. Register before November 22, 2019 at:

  • CCCOE Teacher Induction participants must attend six seminars and submit a log of 20 hours meeting with their mentor
  • Detailed information will be provided at orientation or refer to your handbook

NOTE NEW REFUND POLICY: Refunds for cancellations will be issued if CCCOE Teacher Induction is notified within 7 days of initial registration. After the 7 days, registered participants may transfer their registration to another available seminar. Be sure to notify CCCOE Teacher Induction of your request to transfer prior to the seminar, otherwise you will be charged fully for the seminar(s).
