Contra Costa County Office of Education is pleased to announce our intent to add a Preliminary Administrative Services Credential (PASC) Program to our breadth of leadership development opportunities. CCCOE understands the fundamental need for high quality educational leaders to successfully and ethically lead our schools in the 21st Century. Our Preliminary Administrative Credential Program has been designed to prepare leaders to meet the diverse challenges facing schools in California through a deep study of CAPEs-aligned leadership practices reflecting social justice and current research. Candidates engage in a variety of learning opportunities that develop theory and support practice. These opportunities include in-person coursework, online professional learning communities, and fieldwork experiences designed to provide the preparation needed for this increasingly challenging role.
