CCCOE Teacher Induction Individualized Learning Plan (ILP)

The CCCOE Teacher Induction Individualized Learning Plan (ILP) addresses the California Standards for the Teaching Profession (CSTP) and provides a road map for the candidate’s induction work. The plan is collaboratively developed at the beginning of Induction by the teacher and mentor, in consultation with the site administrator, and guided by the preliminary program Transition Plan. This plan is intended to be a living document, with opportunities to reflect on progress, and modified as needed in response to the changing needs of the participating teacher. During weekly meetings with a mentor, the teacher engages in reflection conversation and documents ILP implementation, including growth goal setting, development and implementation of an Inquiry Action Plan, and evidence of growth in the CSTP.
Completion of Individualized Learning Plan requirements is recorded on the candidate's Individualized Learning Plan transcript. The candidate receives a transcript and a completion letter for each year of participation in the CCCOE Teacher Induction Program.
