Live Scan Fingerprinting Service

Live Scan fingerprinting serviceThe Contra Costa County Office of Education is proud to offer Live Scan fingerprinting services to all agencies. Fingerprinting is performed on a Live Scan machine by our friendly and trained professional technicians. We offer both Department of Justice (DOJ) and FBI background checks.

  • The number to call for an appointment is 925-942-5312. We cannot accommodate walk-ins
  • Live Scan hours are typically Monday through Friday from
    9:00 a.m. to 2:15 p.m.
  • Our rolling fee is $25, payable in the form of credit card, debit card, or cash (no checks)

Applicants need to bring the following to their appointment:

  1. Live Scan form (one copy)
  2. Photo ID: Current Driver's License, Identification Card, Passport, Alien Registration Card/Immigration/Green Card or Military Card.
  3. Payment
