The California Preschool Instructional Network (CPIN) supports early childhood educators in creating high-quality, inclusive, and engaging learning experiences for young children. Through free, research-based professional learning, practical resources, and opportunities for collaboration, CPIN empowers educators with the knowledge, skills, and strategies to support every child's learning and development.

 

CPIN Bay Region 4 serves preschool, Transitional Kindergarten (TK), and early childhood educators, administrators, and programs across seven Bay Area counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, and Solano.

 

Our professional learning is grounded in California's Preschool/Transitional Kindergarten Learning Foundations (PTKLF) and other state early learning guidance. Sessions emphasize developmentally appropriate practices, play-based learning, inclusive environments, and responsive teaching strategies that support the diverse strengths, languages, cultures, and abilities of young children.Whether you're new to early childhood education or an experienced educator, CPIN offers opportunities to learn, connect, and grow while bringing meaningful, practical strategies back to your learning environment.
