We offer professional development and technical assistance to support LEAs in meeting legal mandates and going beyond. We help build the capacity of leadership staff to make continuous improvement in providing meaningful access to a relevant and rigorous educational experience aligned to the English Learner Roadmap.

Bilingual/Dual Language Leaders Network Flyer for the 2026-2027 school year. This flyer announces two in-person meetings for bilingual and dual language leaders. Meetings will be held at the Alameda County Office of Education, Room 142, located at 313 W. Winton Avenue, Hayward, CA. The meeting dates are October 15, 2026, and April 28, 2027.

Dual Language Immersion Leadership Network Meeting Flyer. This flyer provides information about the 2026-2027 Dual Language Immersion Leadership Network meetings. The network includes one in-person/hybrid session on October 16, 2026, at the Los Angeles County Office of Education, as well as virtual sessions via Zoom on October 14, November 4, and December 9 from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The intended audience includes Dual Language Immersion leaders, TOSAs, instructional coaches, and district and site administrators.
