AB 5: The Safe and Supportive Act

 
What it Requires:
  • Mandates LGBTQ+ cultural competency training for all California teachers and school staff.

  • Encourages integration of affirming practices into school policies.

AB 1078: Protecting Inclusive Curriculum

SB760: Gender-Inclusive Restrooms in Schools
