Contra Costa County Office of Education

In collaboration with the Department of Rehabilitation, Youth Services (YS) provides assistance to high school youth with disabilities. Services are given to eligible students to obtain skills and insights into the world of work. Our target populations include students who attend our CCCOE court and community schools. 

 

Eligibility

• Students must be enrolled in and attending high school
• Must have an IEP or 504 Plan
• Ages 16 - 21
