Mental Health Youth Coalition
The mission of the Mental Health Youth Coalition is to empower and uplift student voice in Contra Costa County. Youth mental health champions will work towards raising awareness and promoting resiliency in their communities. Through open conversation, participation, and collaboration, we strive to create a new generation of leaders and mental health advocates.

Are you passionate about mental health? Do you want to make a difference in your community? Join the Contra Costa County Mental Health Coalition and be part of a movement that advocates for positive change.
- Make a difference: As a member, students will have the opportunity to shape mental health initiatives, raise awareness, reduce stigma, and create positive change within Contra Costa County.
- Build leadership skills: Through workshops, events, and collaborative projects, students will develop leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Connect with peers: The coalition provides a safe space for students to connect with like-minded peers who share a passion for mental health advocacy. Students will have an opportunity to network with other students across Contra Costa County.
- Access resources: Students will gain access and knowledge on how to connect their peers to valuable local and national mental health resource.
