Our CCCOE Administrative Leadership Program (ALP) provides leadership coaching opportunities to educational leaders throughout the county. The CPSEL grounds the coaching partnership and focuses the job-embedded experience.
Currently, we provide the following job-embedded professional learning services:
Clear Administrative Credential Program (CACP)
This two-year induction program is available to administrators clearing their preliminary credential. Please visit the CACP webpage for more information.
Consultancy Leadership Coaching
This part of our program provides one-on-one coaching to veteran administrators who may be transitioning to new positions, and/or seeking advanced professional learning opportunities. In collaboration with interested parties, we create a contract of service to meet an administrator's needs. For more information, please contact our ALP Coordinator.
