Juvenile Reentry and Diversion Program

CCCOE provides Juvenile Reentry youth educational and career services countywide to 25 youth at any given time who will soon be, or have been, released from the custodial portion of the Youthful Offender Treatment Program (YOTP), the Girls in Motion program (GIM) or the Orin Allen Youth Rehabilitation Facility (OAYRF).  CCCOE works collaboratively with the Deputy Probation Officer and the reentry services provider with in-custody or out-of-custody individualized case planning; facilitates referrals and warm hand offs to Workforce Program Youth Services Specialists; and provides case management services, including navigating the educational system, advocacy in school enrollment, and post high school career development.
